Extrusion

Begins with HDPE granules and additives, which are mixed, dried, and extruded into net structures like biplanar or triplanar geonets.

Lamination cum Slitting

Geonets are thermally laminated with geotextiles to create drainage composites in sizes up to 5m wide. Slitting enables custom widths.

Packing

Finished rolls are packed in HDPE sheets. Export shipments are palletized with eco-safe packaging processes that generate no chemical waste.

Where can our StrataDrain™ be used?

Landfill Drainage Systems

Replaces gravel layers in landfill bases and caps, enhancing drainage for leachate and gas collection while reducing environmental impact and material handling.

Tunnel and Channel Drainage

Relieves hydrostatic pressure in tunnels and lined channels, ensuring structural protection and operational longevity.

Leak Detection and Liner Protection

Functions as a two-layer system for leachate channeling and backup protection, enabling early leak detection and containment.

Civil Infrastructure Works

Used in vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal drainage for retaining walls, bridge abutments, roads, and slopes. Its lightweight profile eases installation while maximizing drainage performance.

Quality Assurance of StrataWeb®

StrataDrain™ undergoes comprehensive quality evaluations to ensure consistent reliability across diverse applications. All production is backed by globally recognized certifications and stringent factory testing.

Since, StrataWeb® are used for critical designs, it is essential to have a clear understanding of its durability. StrataWeb® undergoes exhaustive testing at internationally reputed laboratories to define all of the above factors.
