Strata Block offers a reliable and modular solution for reinforced soil walls in demanding conditions. The system combines concrete blocks with reinforced soil to create a strong and flexible retaining wall. In addition, each block includes a built-in shear key that keeps every course aligned and provides a secure connection to the geogrid.
As the blocks are stacked, their hollows are filled with gravel to create vertical stone columns. As a result, the wall gains greater strength, better drainage, and improved stability. Furthermore, the dry-cast blocks are easy to transport, handle, and install. They also adapt well to curves, different wall heights, and complex layouts. Therefore, Strata Block provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional reinforced concrete retaining walls while requiring very little maintenance over its service life.
