Embankment and Ground Improvement
Our solutions are recognized for their ability to reduce bearing pressures on railway embankments over poor subgrades, spreading loads more uniformly across a wider area. Track Reinforcement
Utilized within the ballast and sub-ballast layers or between these layers and the subgrade, enhances the structural integrity of railway tracks. This reinforcement optimizes performance and significantly reduces the need for costly maintenance and repairs.
Slope Protection
Soil erosion is a big problem for the security of the layers below and on top of the ballast, especially in places where the weather is bad. This problem is solved by GeoCell, which successfully confines dirt within its three-dimensional structure. This lets local, rich soils be used. These soils can then be planted with plants to make a natural, green shield against flooding. This method is not only better for the environment, but it also makes installation easier and faster, up to five times faster than standard stone throwing.
Drainage and Canal Lining Solutions
Our GeoCell system is tailored for managing drainage along railway tracks, providing a strong, flexible, and lightweight geocell lining solution for chute drains and canals. Shipped in a compact form and expanded on-site, GeoCell forms a honeycomb structure that is filled with aggregate, serving as a durable and cost-effective alternative to conventional methods.
